Jayson Agrovet Ltd. was formed in 1997 to serve the animal healthcare sector in Bangladesh. With the success of the Jayson Pharmaceuticals, the company realized the potential of livestock and poultry healthcare and formed this company to diversify its operations. Jayson Agrovet used to primarily import feed additives and market them in Bangladesh. Feed additives are the raw materials for feed and the medicinal supplements used to enrich the diet of poultry and livestock. Jayson Agrovet Ltd. aims to import only the world’s best products in Livestock and Poultry Medicines, and Vitamin mineral premixes for distribution in the country. Therefore, it is not at all surprising that the products we offer have gained considerable market acceptance throughout Bangladesh. Carefully selected products have been imported from Europe, US and Asian countries. Jayson Agrovet has been the exclusive distributor in Bangladesh for several renowned feed additive manufacturers.

Gradually Jayson Agrovet started to also market veterinary medicines manufactured by Jayson Pharmaceuticals and herbal feed additives manufactured by Jayson Natural Products. Our herbal feed supplements, which are our own research products, have captured good market share in the local and global markets. These herbal feed additives include hepato-protective, digestive Enzyme, anti-coryza, and electrolyte preparations.

Jayson Agrovet Ltd. has served almost the entire country’s poultry/livestock farms, covering retail and institutional customers who have been nurtured over the last two decades. Altogether Jayson Agrovet sells around 175 products with past sales reaching Tk. 5 Crore monthly. A protein concentrate we import from the USA, called Jasoprot, alone used to sell for Tk. 20 Cr per year.

We have a separate sales force of over 50 people for Jayson Agrovet, based out of the sales offices of Jayson Group. They go through similar training programs as Jayson Pharmaceuticals, on product knowledge and selling skills.
