COMPOSITION:
Pseudomonas striata, Bacillus polymyxa, Fecundity, fortified with mineral. For effective utilization and transformation of unavailable phosphates to available forms is the best way for production of enough levels of phyto planktons in aqua culture ponds. Usage of mineral nutrients and chemical fertilizers in aquaculture ponds results accumulation of phosphates in the bottom. Phosphate solubilising bacteria are better source for utilization of phosphates for production of phyto planktons. These bacteria secrets various organic acids. ECOPLANKT comprises of two specific bacteria which can perform both in low and high pH conditions. These bacteria take care of the solubilization of phosphates in the water column as well as at the pond bottom. This consortium produces phosphorus pentoxide (P205) in the column and phosphoric acid (H3 PO4) at the bottom of the pond which results in development of blooms of phyto plankton.
